ENEA challenge on Friday 9, 2022: Join us and have fun!

The EYRC and LOC have organised a get-together run in Lyon.

We called it the “ENEA challenge”, the first of its kind and an experiment, we hope will be successful!

If you would like to start the day full of energy and relieved of stress, please join us on the early morning of Friday 9th for a short run within Parc de la Tête d’Or.

This is a safe and relaxing environment, close to the meeting’s venue.

The first meeting point will be Fontaine Bartholdi at 6.30 AM.

If more practical depending on the location of your accommodation, you can join the runners at the second meeting point located at the entrance of Parc de la Tête d’Or at 6.45 AM.

The distance between the 2 starting points is about 1.7 Km.

Here you can visualise the path in Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/nwy1NbwtNYqjVUzJA

Once all participants have joined, we will run for about 4 Km (3.8 to be precise!) within the park.

Please check the linked map for the path we are going to follow.

Everyone can go according to their pace...unless you are really competitive and want to get the winner’s prize!
In that case, recording your path and time with a tracking app (e.g., Komoot, Strava, Garmin Connect, etc) can help.

We foresee that all participants can be back to their accommodation by 7.30 AM, in time to take a shower and be ready to attend the first session starting at 8 AM.

In order for us to have an idea of how many people are participating, please reply to this questionnaire (just 1 anonymous answer):
